Somatic Launches New Automation System

In our ongoing efforts to lower our carbon footprint, Somatic is pleased to announce the launch of our new paperless automation system “Rebel”.  This system will enable us to significantly enhance our service levels while having a positive impact on the environment.  Through Rebel, we will be able to provide you with up to the minute service reporting via email in PDF format.  Upon completion of our work, your site contact will have a PDF email of our service report within seconds of the work being completed.  This provides you, our valued client, with real time information on the work carried out at your properties.  Similarly, invoices for your work can now be generated through our new system and emailed to the appropriate accounting contact in PDF format.  These measures will reduce, and in some cases eliminate a tremendous amount of paper waste and duplication.

Over the coming months, we will be developing a web portal that will enable you to access the mechanical equipment at your properties from any web browser.  This access will provide real time information on work in progress, completed work, and historical data.  Our new reporting system will provide access to historical repair work and costing that can be filtered by client, property and equipment providing detailed data and costing on a per piece of equipment basis.
